#2 – From WOWK-TV – WVSU Receives $1 Million for Agriculture School
West Virginia State University has secured $1 million in funding to launch a new School of Agriculture. The initiative will expand academic programs, research opportunities, and workforce development in food systems, agribusiness, and agricultural science—supporting students and West Virginia’s farming communities.
#3 – From WV Explorer – Hunters with Disabilities in West Virginia
West Virginia officials remind hunters with disabilities that special access roads in national forests and state-owned wildlife management areas are open specifically to them. The Class Q hunting program offers enhanced, extended vehicular access on certain gated roads in the George Washington, Jefferson, and Monongahela National forests, as well as on similar roads in state wildlife management areas.
