#3 – From ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY – WV River Riders extends winter season with WVEDA support

In Harpers Ferry, WV River Riders has leveraged financing from the West Virginia Economic Development Authority to purchase advanced snow-making equipment — enabling the operation to launch its winter season earlier and run longer. That expansion means more stable jobs through the cold months, increased winter tourism, and new recreation options for locals and visitors alike.
