#1 – From COALFIELD DEVELOPMENT – Coalfield Development seeks the next generation of Solutionists

Great ideas can come from anywhere—and Coalfield Development is looking for the people behind them.

The Huntington-based nonprofit is accepting applications for its Solutionists Program, a year-long leadership initiative that helps people turn bold ideas into real solutions for their communities.

Designed especially for individuals who may have limited access to traditional leadership programs, funding or professional networks, the program provides coaching, skill development and mentorship to help participants bring their ideas to life and create lasting community impact.
