Those with the construction trades in West Virginia say technology has transformed and added opportunities for those looking for job opportunities in the Mountain State. Affiliated Construction Trades West Virginia Executive Director Justin Williams says a wide range of good-paying jobs are available for people willing to sweat and work with their hands.
