#1 – WVEDA helps businesses grow and expand in West Virginia

The West Virginia Economic Development Authority continues to support businesses across West Virginia by providing financial tools, loans and strategic partnerships.

#2 – WVU students build next-generation autonomous race cars

At West Virginia University, the RoboRacer team is designing and building race cars that can think for themselves.

These student-led projects combine robotics, artificial intelligence and mechanical engineering to create autonomous vehicles capable of navigating race environments.

The program provides hands-on experience in cutting-edge technology fields, preparing students for careers in engineering, AI and innovation-driven industries.

#3 – Historic WV tavern connects to presidential history

Foster’s Main Street Tavern is gaining national attention for its unique connection to American history.

The site dates back to the Civil War, when future U.S. presidents Rutherford B. Hayes and William McKinley used the location as a headquarters while serving as Union generals.

Today, the tavern blends that rich history with a modern dining experience, offering visitors a chance to connect with the past while enjoying local food and atmosphere.
