#1 – From THE REAL WV – New WV partnership focuses on ‘Cheaper, faster, & simpler to start a new business’
A new partnership called West Virginia Works is bringing together local governments in Charleston, Huntington, Morgantown, Parkersburg and Wheeling with the Institute for Justice to identify and reform regulatory barriers that make starting a business costly and complex. The goal is to streamline permitting, zoning, and licensing so entrepreneurs can launch faster and with less expense.

#2 – From WBOY-TV – Mountain Rail West Virginia launches winter excursion rides through Tygart River Gorge
Mountain Rail West Virginia has launched a new winter excursion train series departing from the historic Golden Rule Building in Belington. The hour-and-a-half round-trip ride travels through the Tygart River Gorge, showcases views of rapids, waterfalls, and winter landscapes aboard a historic train built with early 20th-century components.
