#1 – From WV Office of Energy – WV HER/HEAR Energy Apprenticeship Program

The West Virginia Office of Energy, in partnership with Everblue and the WV Division of Labor, is launching a new 8‑month training apprenticeship called the HER/HEAR Program. It blends online learning with on‑the‑job mentorship from West Virginia Certified Energy Contractor (WVCEC) professionals. Graduates earn the WVCEC credential—job-ready for energy efficiency and retrofitting projects across the state.

#2 – From Jobcase.com/WV / #YesWV – Manufacturing in West Virginia

West Virginia’s manufacturing sector spans from chemicals and biotech to auto parts, wood products, and more—and boasts the nation’s lowest turnover rate in manufacturing jobs. Thanks to employer partnerships and platforms like Jobcase, #YesWV helps connect job seekers with opportunities in this stable, “Made in the Mountain State” workforce.
