#1 – From METRO NEWS – Officials cut ribbon on multi-million-dollar freighter maintenance facility in Putnam County

A new five-acre facility for freight-haul firm KC Logistics has opened in Buffalo, Putnam County — complete with a four-bay maintenance shop, concrete parking lot, and a 9,500-square-foot dispatch building. KC Logistics says the $4.5 million investment will allow full “tractor-trailer overhaul” and maintenance services previously beyond its old gravel-lot setup, and may require hiring 6–10 more mechanics soon.
