WorkForce West Virginia invites employers and job seekers to its next Virtual Statewide Job Fair, scheduled for Wednesday, September 3, from 1:00 to 3:30 p.m. Participants can register to live chat, video interview, and apply with employers across the state. Job seekers are encouraged to dress professionally and prepare for a streamlined virtual experience.

#2 – From University of Charleston – Downtown Innovation Hub’s Business Accelerator Program

The University of Charleston’s Downtown Innovation Hub is Charleston’s only business accelerator. It’s offering grant-funded, three-month cohorts—starting in October—that include expert-led workshops, one-on-one mentorship, and peer networking. #3 – From WVSU / WV MetroNews – WVSU Gains Approval for Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity

West Virginia State University has received final approval to launch a four-year bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity. The program will train students to protect critical infrastructure — including water systems, agriculture networks, and healthcare—while offering a unique specialization in agricultural cybersecurity.
