The Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) program is now accepting proposals across West Virginia. Local governments and nonprofits can apply for funding to upgrade building systems, install high-efficiency lighting or HVAC, and lower energy costs—all while reducing emissions and supporting clean-tech investment.
