The State Fair of West Virginia has opened submissions for its annual State Fair Art Contest. Artists of all ages and abilities are invited to enter original artwork by April 27 for a chance to be featured during the fair and recognized for creative achievement. The winning artist will receive a cash prize and a percentage of the print sales.
